Lost your email?
If you don't have access anymore to the email used for your DoYouBuzz account (if for example you changed your email provider or your email got hacked), you can still get your DoYouBuzz account back. In order to do so, we need to verify your identity.
Send us the following elements
- The URL of your CV
- A scan of any ID you might have (passport, driver's license...)
- A scan of any document that might relate to an experience item (certificate of work...) or an education item (diploma...) shown on your resume.
Those information will enable us to make sure you are the rightfull owner of the account. Once we receive those, we will change the email associated witht the account which you will be able to use afterwards to log in (your previous password will still work).
